Amazing recipe. Easy to make and melts in your mouth ofcourse cookies times vary as i did burn one but all depends on the oven. I suggest to keep an eye on it after 35mins 🙂

Cook time was not accurate. I cooked two sweet potatoes that were in the range of 370g each and they were not soft/ready to eat by 50 min. I cooked them for another 10 minutes and still not ready. I then had to then cut them open and cook for another 17 min and the one still wasn’t as soft as it should have been.

I love it ! Sweet potatoes was perfect , I sliced it thick and topped with organic tahini. Delicious
