I tried this and found it not really Chilaquiles. This is maybe a good nachos recipe. True Chilaquiles are mixed up similar to shown here, but baked to soften all together and mix the flavors of the salsa and some of the toppings into the tortillas. Making a soft, **not a crunchy** dish. I like your choices of flavors, and your notes on how eggs add lovely color and flavor — I will add some of these to my own.
